However, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which items purchased on the "AAM Buy Now" may be returned.

Eligibility for Returns:

AAM Buy Now offers a return policy on the purchases made on the website. However, you should meet the following conditions in order to be eligible for the return policy.

• If you receive a product that is physically damaged, broken, or defective upon arrival, you may return it for a refund or replacement.
• If the item you received is not what you ordered, you are eligible for a return.
• If the product received does not match the description or quality specified in the app listing, you can request a return.

Note: Items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or general wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Items not eligible for return:

Certain items cannot be returned once purchased. These include:

• Perishable items such as Desi ghee and Honey are not eligible for return due to their nature.
• Any custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Gift cards, downloadable content, or digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Return Window:

To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return request within a specified timeframe from the date of delivery. In line with Dubai’s consumer guidelines, you can request for a return of the item within 7 days from the date you receive the item.

For items that arrive damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Once the return period has expired, we will not be able to accept returns or issue refunds.

Prepare the Item for Return:

You need to place the item in its original packaging, along with any accessories that came with it.

To qualify for returns in Dubai, items must be in resalable condition, including original packaging, tags, and all accompanying materials

Return Shipping

Once your return request is approved, we will schedule a pick-up-time at your convenience. For our customers in Dubai, we offer free return pickups on eligible items to make the process as convenient as possible.

If a pick-up service is not available in your area, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. In this case, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

The return shipping cost will be your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Note: Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement.
