Once your order is placed, we will verify your order for accuracy. Moreover, we will check whether we have a stock of your items. If not so, then we will notify you. The processing time to deliver the items may vary. Generally, it takes 1-2 working days to deliver the item but it may extend for customised or high-demand products.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification, and the item will be dispatched for delivery.

We offer various shipping methods to cater to your needs. Below are the key details regarding our shipping policy:

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and size of the items, your location and the selected shipping method (Standard, Express, or Same-Day Delivery).

During the checkout process, you’ll see the applicable shipping charges for your order. We offer free shipping on orders exceeding a specified amount, which will be clearly indicated on the app during promotions.

Delivery Locations:

Currently, “AAM Buy Now” delivers to most urban and rural areas within Pakistan. However, there may be certain remote or restricted areas where delivery is unavailable.

If your address is outside our standard delivery zone, we will notify you and try to arrange an alternative method or adjust your order accordingly.

The delivery time depends on your shipping method. Standard shipping may take 5-7 working days, Express shipping may take 2-4 working days and same-day delivery is possible if order is placed before 12:00 pm.

Note: The delivery span may vary depending on your purchase item and location. Factors such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or holidays may affect delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by such circumstances.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or app notification. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through our app or directly on the shipping provider’s website.

The tracking information will include details such as the estimated delivery date, current location, and shipping status of your order.

Order Modifications and Cancellations:

Once you placed your order and after confirmation, you realise that you need to make changes to your order, such as updating your shipping address or modifying the item quantity, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing the order.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been dispatched.

If you need to cancel an order, you must do so within the specified cancellation window. Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow the return process after delivery.

In case of successful cancellations, any payments made will be refunded through the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order to the address you provide at checkout. If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability at the specified address or refusal to accept the delivery without valid reasons, will not be entertained.

We will contact you to arrange a redelivery. In some cases, additional delivery fees may apply for subsequent attempts. If redelivery fails, the order may be returned to us, and a refund will be issued.

Damaged or lost Items:

In case your item is damaged or in poor condition, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item. Moreover, you need to provide photos of the damaged item and packaging as proof. Upon verification, we will either send a replacement at no extra cost or process a refund.

In rare cases where your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the marked delivery.

We will work with the shipping provider to locate your package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer you a replacement or a refund.

In some cases, an order may be deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier due to incorrect address information or other reasons. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you and attempt to correct the issue.

If we cannot resolve the delivery issue, the order will be refunded minus any applicable shipping fees.
