However, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which items purchased on the “AAM Buy Now” app may be returned.

Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases, as it will guide you through the return process and help you understand your rights and responsibilities.

Eligibility for Returns:

AAM Buy Now offers a return policy on the purchases made on the app. However, you should meet the following conditions in order to be eligible for the return policy.

  •  If you receive a product that is physically damaged, broken, or defective upon arrival, you may return it for a refund or replacement.
  • If the item you received is not what you ordered, you are eligible for a return.
  • If the product received does not match the description or quality specified in the app listing, you can request a return. 

Note: Items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or general wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Items not eligible for return:

Certain items cannot be returned once purchased. These include:

  • Perishable items such as Desi ghee and Honey are not eligible for return due to their nature.
  • Any custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Gift cards, downloadable content, or digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Please review the product listing and descriptions carefully to ensure that the item meets your requirements before making a purchase.

Return Window:

To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return request within a specified timeframe from the date of delivery. You can request for a return of the item within 7 days from the date you receive the item. For items that arrive damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Once the return period has expired, we will not be able to accept returns or issue refunds.

Return Process:

The return process for “AAM Buy Now” is straightforward and user-friendly. Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Submit a return request:

Follow the following steps to submit a return request.

  • Open the “AAM Buy Now” app and navigate to the “Orders” section.
  • Select the item you wish to return and click on the “Return Item” button.
  • Fill out the return request form, providing details such as the reason for the return, the condition of the item, and any supporting photos (for damaged or defective items).
  • Once submitted, our team will review your request and provide a confirmation within 1-2 working days.

Prepare the Item for Return

You need to place the item in its original packaging, along with any accessories that came with it. Make it sure that the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.

Return Shipping

Once your return request is approved, we will schedule a pick-up-time at your convenience. We may offer a free pick-up service from your location.

If a pick-up service is not available in your area, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. In this case, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost will be your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Note: Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Refund Policy:

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is in acceptable condition, the refund process will be initiated.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Amount:

  • For items returned due to defects, damages, or incorrect shipments, you will be refunded the full amount of the purchase, including any original shipping charges.
  • For items returned due to buyer’s change of mind or other reasons not related to quality issues, the original shipping charges will not be refunded, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

As an alternative to a direct refund, you may choose to receive store credit, which can be used for future purchases on the “AAM Buy Now” app. Store credit is processed immediately upon approval and can be used at your convenience.

In some cases, you may prefer to exchange the item rather than request a refund. We offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to the following conditions:

  • The replacement item must be in stock.
  • Exchanges are subject to the same return eligibility criteria as refunds.
  • If the price of the new item exceeds the original purchase price, you will be required to pay the difference.
  • If the exchange is due to a defect or damage, there will be no additional shipping charges.

To request an exchange, follow the same process as initiating a return and specify that you would like to exchange the item.

Note: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, it is important to report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item. Take clear photos of the damage or defect and upload them with your return request.

Upon verification, we will either provide a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.

In cases where a product defect is identified after the 48-hour window, the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable) may apply. Please review the product description for warranty information.

Non-returnable situations:

In the following situations, “AAM Buy Now” reserves the right to refuse a return:

  • Items that have been used after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Items that have been damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or accidents.

If your return is refused, we will notify you of the reasons and may offer to ship the item back to you at your expense.

Changes to the Return Policy:

“AAM Buy Now” reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be reflected on the app and take effect immediately. It is your responsibility to review the policy before making a purchase to stay informed of any updates.
