Refund Policy:

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is in acceptable condition, the refund process will be initiated.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Amount:

  • For items returned due to defects, damages, or incorrect shipments, you will be refunded the full amount of the purchase, including any original shipping charges.
  • For items returned due to buyer’s change of mind or other reasons not related to quality issues, the original shipping charges will not be refunded, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

For international returns, any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount

As an alternative to a direct refund, you may choose to receive store credit, which can be used for future purchases on the "AAM Buy Now" website. Store credit is processed immediately upon approval and can be used at your convenience.

In some cases, you may prefer to exchange the item rather than request a refund. We offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to the following conditions:

  • The replacement item must be in stock.
  • Exchanges are subject to the same return eligibility criteria as refunds.
  • If the price of the new item exceeds the original purchase price, you will be required to pay the difference.
  • If the exchange is due to a defect or damage, there will be no additional shipping charges.

To request an exchange, follow the same process as initiating a return and specify that you would like to exchange the item.

Note: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, it is important to report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item. Take clear photos of the damage or defect and upload them with your return request.

Upon verification, we will either provide a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.

In cases where a product defect is identified after the 48-hour window, the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable) may apply. Please review the product description for warranty information.

Non-returnable situations:

In the following situations, "AAM Buy Now" reserves the right to refuse a return:

  • Items that have been used after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Items that have been damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or accidents.

If your return is refused, we will notify you of the reasons and may offer to ship the item back to you at your expense.

Changes to the Return Policy:

"AAM Buy Now" reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be reflected on the app and take effect immediately. It is your responsibility to review the policy before making a purchase to stay informed of any updates.
